Established in 2021, Saheb Fibre is based in Morbi, Gujarat, India, and promises to provide innovative fibre solutions for a greener, more sustainable world. We specialize in the manufacturing of Recycled Polyester Staple Fibre (RPSF), Production of PET chips and PET flakes. Our solutions include reducing the environmental footprint, recycling pet plastic bottle waste into high-quality products that serve a variety of industries. Our expertise in fibre technology enables us to develop products that not only meet today’s industry requirements but also meet global sustainability goals.
Used PET plastic bottles are gathered from multiple sources, then carefully sorted to eliminate any non-PET plastics, labels, and contaminants. This crucial step ensures only pure PET material proceeds for recycling.
The sorted bottles are washed to remove residues, shredded into PET flakes, melted, and formed into rPET chips. These chips serve as the base for various applications or are processed into fibres.
For RPSF production, rPET chips are carefully heated and spun into durable staple fibres. These fibres undergo texturizing and finishing processes, making them suitable for textiles, garments, and other applications.
Our quality-tested RPSF, rPET chips, and flakes are durable, and ideal for textiles, packaging, and industrial use. Rigorously tested for strength and performance, they ensure reliable and sustainable solutions.
Launched operations with a focus on recycling PET bottles. Introduced our product line, including Recycled Polyester Staple Fibre (RPSF), RPET flakes, and RPET chips, transforming waste plastic into high-quality, sustainable Fibre materials.
Set up initial production facilities with a capacity of 60 tons of RPSF, RPET flakes, and RPET chips. Established robust recycling processes to efficiently convert PET bottles into valuable Fibre materials.
Expanded production capabilities, increasing our output to 70 tons per day. Enhanced our recycling processes to improve efficiency and product quality, meeting growing demand for sustainable materials.
Achieved further growth by increasing production capacity to 80 tons per day. Continued innovation in recycling technologies and processes to produce high-quality RPSF, RPET flakes, and RPET chips, supporting a circular economy and sustainable development.
